ADP Client Support Specialist interview questions

The recruiter asked me about my past experience but he made a few remarks that came across as condescending. I was a bit taken back by that but it definitely put a damper on my excitement for the interview. Then we he gave me the opportunity to ask questions he couldn’t answer any of them! He didn’t seem very knowledgeable or prepared. After the interview I was give a link to the assessment which I was told was the next step if I were to move forward. He assessment was very easy but I haven’t received any kind of communication since then.

I had signed up through Indeed for a on the spot virtual interview. I had my virtual interview and went great. She said she was going to put my name up for the job and to go online and fill out the application for the exact job number she gave me. A few days later I had someone call me and explain the job duties, the pay, the hours etc. She asked me some basic questions. After that she said she would send me a link for me to take a assessment, but when I went to do that, it said I had already taken it and that it would be applied to that job. Which the assessment I took was months before and for a totally different job. Next day I got a email stating I didn't qualify for the job. Totally confused as to why I couldn't take a assessment that was current.
