I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Parsippany, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
First interview was a phone call.
Next interview was in person with HR. He was the director of HR and made me feel so at ease. By far my best interview. The ADP recruitment team was always available when I had questions throughout the process.

Question 1
Very situational. Give me an example of a time you went above and beyond for a customer and what was the result?
Online application, next day online assessment, next week set up phone interview, had a second phone interview the following week, few days later set up f2f interview which was this past Monday. It went pretty smoothly. I met with 2 really nice ladies although I only think 1 of them liked me. Lol they just asked a bunch of behavioral and what if questions. They told me my recruiter would be in touch with me within the week. After the interview, I sent a follow up letter to the talent agent, Lisa who told me she forwarded it to my recruiter. Since I hadn't heard from my recruiter after reaching out to the company for a 2nd time, I think it's safe to say I didn't get the job lol. But I'm applying to them again because I really admire the company and the pay seems awesome. Overall, it was pretty breezy but the hiring process just takes so long.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Parsippany, NJ) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was first a phone screen. I was so excited to recieve the second interview with two managers which went well. I recieved an email stating that I needed to meet with the VP for a third round interview. This process took about 3 weeks total, not to mention time spent missing out on work only to recieve and email saying that I was not a good fit for the position. I am very annoyed at this point because the position required no experience but a bachelor's degree which I do have. I also have some experience working in customer service so I really feel that personal feedback should have been given as to why they chose not to hire me. I felt alot of my time was wasted.
