ADP Client Services Representative interview questions

Video Interview (Had to dress professional still). Asked questions about work history, difficult time with a customer and how do you handle those times. Then went over the pay and that the job is hybrid.

Every bit a conversation. The person interviewing you likely has never done the role of call center rep (essentially what you are). They also can’t tell you how micromanaged everything is in the name of tracking and metrics. To leave on time is to fall behind somewhere.
