I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in May 2018
Interview
It was a lengthy interview process took approx. 2 months to complete. Started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then 2 interviews with Directors, 1 interview with VP, a panel interview (live & virtual) and finally a phone interview with the site GM/VP

Interview
The hiring process was grueling. I believe I had 4 or 5 rounds of interviews. I felt as though I was interviewing for director.
I interviewed with leadership from inside and outside of the department I joined. I also interviewed with senior VP of HR and of the service organization.
I applied for two leadership roles.
The recruiter was fantastic to work with until after the last interview. My last interview was 4 weeks ago and I have sent a few emails to the recruiter to just have some closure, and get some feedback. No reply.
The interviews themselves were a good opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and see if I was a fit.
My opinion is if you get to 4 or 5 rounds of interviews the company should at least communicate that I did not get the job. I understand the competitive nature of seeking jobs.
To show some respect it would be nice for them to let me know instead of leaving me wondering and then coming to the conclusion I did not get the job.
Even though the process was tough, I give them a positive review because everyone was courteous and pleasant throughout the process.
-It was just lacking the follow up after. Still no email or call to complete the process.

The hiring process was grueling. I believe I had 4 or 5 rounds of interviews. I felt as though I was interviewing for director.
I interviewed with leadership from inside and outside of the department I joined. I also interviewed with senior VP of HR and of the service organization. Had I not received the job offer, I would have been legitimately upset.
I applied for two leadership roles. The recruiter for each was fantastic to work with. The interviews themselves were a good opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and see if I was a fit. As it turns out, I was.
Even though the process was tough, I give them a positive review because everyone was courteous and pleasant throughout the process.
