ADP Associate District Manager interview questions

extensive but thorough. there were many rounds with the vp of sales, various managers. the first few included behavioral questions but ultimately ended with role play. its awkward but part of the process.

Hiring manager was really cool, the interview felt more personal than professional. Do not stress over this interview, they are trying to see if you fit the culture. I highly recommend interviewing for a position if you’re interested in sales
