I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2015
Interview
Not terribly difficult. 4 step process where you interview with the VP, a hiring manager, you have a ride day in the field, and then a role play at the end with the VP and hiring manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Natick, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
First there is a phone interview to find out if its relatively a good fit. Next they bring you in to interview with the VP of sales for the division. After that, you meet with all of the sales executives (sales manager). If they all approve, you go on a field ride with an employee so you can get a feel for a day in the life.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online and got a call from a recruiter the next morning. She was very positive and helpful. Face to face interview was shorter than excepted. When I called to follow up about scheduling a ride long and second interview the recruiter told me they are delaying the process because finically in the new fiscal year they couldn't support the new position. I was told to follow up in a few weeks to continue the process. A few days later I received an email that they hired another candidate.
