ADP Associate District Manager interview questions

First step is to talk to regional representative via phone. Very nice and just a screening. Spoke to VP of sales about my goals. Then proceeded to do a ride alone with current ADM. then did a final panel with a few managers. Great experience. Nice people

the interview process was lengthy. can not possibly get a feel for the job either during covid because there is no field ride as there normally would be for a sales position. it is also inside sales, not outside.
