I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. Initially started off with a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter to learn about my current role and why I was looking for another opportunity. Next interview was with the sales manager, which was pretty conversational but had a few behavioral questions. Last interview was a panel interview with 5 different individuals including the VP of sales, ending with a mock sales call. Be prepared to sell yourself and explain how your skills and previous job will help you succeed in the new role. Also suggest watching mock sales calls on the internet to prep for the sales call.
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Houston, TX) in Jun 2019
Interview
Was extensive and honestly kind of ridiculous looking back on it. They make you do 3 rounds, and the last one is a "mock sales pitch" on their platform which at that point you have no idea what that is. Despite getting hired, I got criticized on my appearance because I have a small nose piercing.

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
I first interviewed with the VP in the region, who asked a few questions about myself and why I thought I would be a great fit for the team. Then I moved on to interviewing with two of my potential managers, who dove deeper into interview questions. It was a very pleasant interview, felt like I was having a conversation with friends rather than being interviewed for a job. Great experience!
