ADP Account Manager interview questions

It was challenging because they put me on the spot with various questions, making it difficult to respond right away. The managers conducting the interview were quite intimidating, which added pressure and made it even harder to collect my thoughts quickly. Instead of feeling like I had time to consider my answers, the fast pace of the interview made me feel like I had to come up with responses immediately.

3 interviews: call, initial and full with management team. Wait of a few weeks to get an answer, another 4 weeks before started position. Onboarding was long, background checks were extensive, and communication was not easy with corporate.
