There were many interviews. I was provided a lot of inconsistent information. The interview process was unorganized. HR was not honest about salary. The location is absolutely terrible. The company is having a lot of turnover.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADM (Mainz, Rhineland-Palatinate) in Dec 2021
Interview
After two rounds of interviews and a job offer, the HR colleague started to haggle over the salary. The starting salary was to be 15% below the desired salary I had stated in my cover letter. I didn't find this a good move.
