407 ETR interview questions

Online submission, phone screening from recruiter and face to face interview (panel). During face to face interview, was screened by a recruiter, a team leader and a representative (maybe a senior rep?). It was my first time to be screened by a potential 'subordinate'. Not sure if this is normal in 407s set up but was expecting a director (whom I will report to if I get accepted) or at least a person with an equal role to be present in the interview to screen me.
