I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 360Learning in Nov 2024
Interview
I was contacted by HR for another position and had a first meeting with her. Unfortunately, she informed me very transparently (which I greatly appreciated) that they had found someone for that position, but she shared another opportunity with me. I like the company's culture, and since my initial interactions with HR were very interesting and respectful, I agreed to an interview for this new role the following day. Surprisingly, this second meeting was very different: the interviewer didn't seem to want to be there and showed no empathy or interest. He didn't even take the time to introduce himself (which was very abrupt and made me feel uncomfortable). It felt like he wanted to shorten the interview as he kept looking at people around him (he was in an open space) and asked barely two questions. At the end of that strange interview, I saw him smile for the first time because he realized he had time to grab lunch... The negative feedback I received the next day reflected my experience. I still don't understand how an interview could be so far removed from the culture you promote...

Question 1
What concerned you about 360Learning?
Introduce yourself and describe your professional background.
Thank you for your transparency and for sharing your experience with us.
I'm sorry to hear that your second interview did not reflect the respectful and engaging culture we strive to uphold. This is not the experience we want candidates to have, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve our process.
I understand how frustrating it was, especially given the circumstances you described. If you'd still be open to further discussion, I’d be happy to arrange a follow-up meeting to discuss this.
