To those who posted “incoming MBA class of 2028” on social media, have you noticed that your surface area of luck has increased? (E.g., more people reaching out to you, increase in inbound opportunities, etc.)

What is/was your net worth going into an MBA?

One of the clearest indicators of organizational maturity. Can the company tell the truth internally before the market forces it externally?Most long-term problems begin as short-term avoidance.And people notice sooner than leadership thinks.

Should I go Booth (no scholarship) this year or reapply to my Targets (Wharton, HBS, MIT) next year. Got dinged from all the second time. Are these even achievable with the stats below: 29M, GRE 325 (can try improving to 330), 8 YoE in Big4 Transaction Advisory (currently AD/SM), two quick promotions (SC->M and M->AD), 3.7 GPA from a 200-ranked school, CPA, international experience in 2 countries.

Markets eventually punish unnecessary complexity. Internally. Operationally. Financially. Simple businesses are harder to imitate than people think.
