"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Everything I can say about Lab Corp is a positive work place. Think they should have talked to me before my contract was pulled, still don't know why except it was the clinic's ideal. Loved working for Lab Corp. Insurance was great, training was great, everything about working for Lap Corp was great, would love to work for them again.

I was a contracted employee who kept getting their contract extended instead of being offered a full-time position. There were almost no benefits for contracted employees.

They now punish you for being overweight by making you pay more for their already expensive healthcare. Yet they do nothing to help you have a healthy lifestyle.

The benefits package was used as a well, seeing as well. Meaning that I only made a thousand dollars every two weeks but the added the benefits packet so and brought my but my salary up to 30 thousand dollars a year when I only really made $29,000 a year or maybe 28 thousand dollars a year
