Many of the CTLs that have been newly hired with Covance are making upwards to 130,000.00 per year with an 8% bonus. This was more than there direct line managers and PMs were making. Many of the SrCRAs that have started on the Astra Zeneca studies are making well over 120K per year. They need to re-evaluate the salaries to retain their current employees

It's a bit expensive but it does the job.

Company automatically makes a contribution to your 401K of 3% of your salary whether or not you make contributions. Very good personal leave benefit

PTO schedule is good and medical, dental coverages are fairly priced.

You have a good amount of paid time off but it also has to be used for sick time as well

They provide life and accidental death insurance to you that matches your yearly salary.

You start with 21 days PTO which you can take right away. The health care benefits aren't great but for someone just starting out of college they were more than enough.

They had a great insurance package that was relatively inexpensive for the benefits received as well as a matching 401K, stock options and bonuses that were very well placed for the industry.
