"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Terrible benefits starting in 2016, run! High cost and extremely low coverage. Hope you don't actually ghurt because you will never be able to afford it.'like dean? Too bad, probably won't be available in 3018.

Health insurance is way cheaper if you are a healthy BMI and you don't use tobacco. You have to complete lame classes to lower your health insurance premium. Don't expect anything for having a baby. There is a lot of PTO though.

Favorable paid time off policy, although changes for 2016 may impact that benefit. Limitations on providers for 2017, as well as significant increases in employee costs may impact the favorability beyond 2016
