"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Medical is pretty expensive, at least compared to my last employer. They give you options for which health insurance company you prefer to use though unfortunately Blue Cross seems to be the only option not offered (and that’s the only insurance many of my doctors accept.)
