Benefits are available and good rates. I dislike that United Healthcare is the servicer for medical now - it was much better with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.Vacation is on the low end but management is really good at trying to make sure you get the days off you need. 401k is available. Vision and Dental insurance is really good.

HCL does a good job of making the insurance costs to the employee rather cheap, especially considering what you are getting. The premium plan option for employees in Redmond had extremely low co-pays and deductibles for a rather low overall cost to the employee.
HCL also does 401K matching, but only after having been employed for a year. It's because of this clause that I'm not giving this 5 stars.

I waived medical insurance coverage due to having existing coverage from a third party, but they signed me up for it anyway which charged me an extra $50, and they also failed to sign me up for the benefits that I did want during the enrollment process. Their call centers are in India and they have none in North America, so I have to call a place that is 12 hours ahead of myself to get it fixed.
