Contract Employees are not eligible

The benefits package was through a major Health Care Organization and the employee had a choice of 3 levels of plans (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Dental and Vision plans were also available. they offer paid vacations and you can actually work from home when you need to. some recruiters only work from home and only come to the office monthly.

This organization doesn't care about the employee and only focused on revenue. Management look into the total profit while doesn't care of the good resource. Its good for avg people but stay away talented people.
