"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Lots of fun perks like corporate discounts. I made use of those while travelling and got discounts on a few hotel rooms. The Tenacity program was also a lot of fun.

Insurance reasonably priced, PTO was fair, pay was low for what we did, 401K offered, vision and dental insurance, stock offered, monthly bonus for attendance, quarterly bonus by stack ranking, training class 6 to 8 weeks.

Medical and dental benefits are decent, 401k is alright. PTO is standard but good luck using it. No other perks

All benefits are active after 90 days of employment. Flexible spending accounts, health insurance, dental, 401k, PTO, there are performance bonuses but they are almost impossible to get for the department I am in.

The benefits are great especially if you are a single person. Health insurance was to high for a family. It takes too long to get enough paid time off/vacation time. The 401k was great because they do match your investment.
