"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

The benefits are on the higher end and not worth what you are paying. I still get billed for some things even though I have one of the better packages

My health insurance has been a blessing I had just got Covid and two days before my insurance kicked in and I was able to not worry while I was actually hospitalized for Covid. Insurance was and is great to have especially for someone who hasn’t insurance in years.
