Excellent comprehensive benefits package, almost too many medical plans to pick from, yet it allows the feel of customization without customizing. Additional benefits that can be added range from anything to hospital stay coverage to legal benefits.

Premium was high and benefits offered were low compared to past employers that were both a larger and much smaller than PK. There were were no additional benefits (i.e. gym memberships or other things to contribute to health and fitness). In the time I spent at PK, the two times that benefits changed, they got even more expensive and benefits offered were actually decreased. Retirement plan had a very small match (I think 3-4%, but the employee had to contribute 5-6%). Time off for Managers and above was "non-accrued" (meaning it was not tracked, but not unlimited), time off for below managers was 15 days.
