"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Initially the package doesn't seem like it compares to other companies but with time and experience I do think you begin to see the bigger picture - the benefits improve with tenure though it does take some time to accumulate.
