A wonderful path in Wellhub

I've been working at Wellhub for six years, and I never imagined I could be part of such a company. From the very beginning, they've taken care of me personally, giving me quality time to balance my personal and professional life, as well as supporting me in raising my daughter. Wellhub even offers the option to extend paternity leave, which I'm incredibly grateful for, as it's the most precious time of my life, a time that will never come back. I've been able to develop my career, changing my interests and therefore my teams, and I've grown both personally and professionally thanks to the people on each team. The hybrid work format allows me to balance my work and personal life and prioritize what is truly important, without long commutes that previously hurt my mental health. It's incredible to see how the sense of belonging grows in each of us, in the way we live the mission, influence others, and take our work seriously.
