I have had a very nice and helpful team. I have had enough time to learn new skills. If you want to grow within the company, challenge yourself and keep learning new skills. Very flexible job, can be 100 per cent remote and great if you have small kids.

Cons

To get promoted and earn better money can take some time.

What I like the most about working for Strada is the people and the opportunities. Since the very beginning I have worked mostly from home and not only I have always been able to work with very smart and talented individuals, but I have always been able to find the help I needed. In addition, I am lucky to say that I can call many colleagues today also friends (and many of them I have never met them face to face!). The other aspect that has always fascinated me about this company is the internal career progression. At a personal level and after two years working for the one team, I was able to change my role and team following my various passions. I am happy to be a Stradian!

Cons

In every company there are advantages and disadvantages and if I were to remark one at Strada is the fact that we are constantly going through change which can be difficult at times.
