Pros

Full package, compensation is competitive in the location, job security, good work environment, great culture, awesome people, nice office with free fruit, tea, coffee and chocolate, flexible resumption/working hours as long as you sync properly with your team and complete 40hrs a week.

Cons

The work style is a little bit rigid, there is very little or no remote work. Solera is not a remote first company, they prefer you have to be in the office, in-person most or all of the days of the week, which is not totally bad because it fosters in-person interaction, which can be crucial for some roles and company cultures.

Pros

I initially joined Solera as a systems engineer. However, my passion shifted towards devops, leading me to tender my resignation after just two months. To my surprise, the company offered me a position in their devops team. A year into this role, I can confidently state that it's an exceptional environment. Not only do I get exposure to a diverse range of technologies, but the teams are incredibly supportive, and management consistently respects my personal time while offering regular recognition. This is also the first tech job that i have in 14 years of working that really have a work life balance.

Cons

Some teams can't support their tech or application because the people that knows it left so it will be tricky to debug and it might end up you doing it xD If you came from a US salary and work in Europe (Spain Particularly), the salary is a bit low but they pay the best from my experience.
