      Pros

      Great place to advance your career, learn and work with very smart people. A lot of ownership and scope if you are willing to take it. Integration of AI is being done properly and not just throwing it at everything and burning tokens.

      Cons

      Depending on your seniority workload can be higher at times, but tbh not at a bigger scale than in my previous jobs.

      As with many fast-growing companies, the pace can be quite intense at times. You need to be good at prioritizing tasks to stay on top of things.
