This is the first company where they actually deliver on everything they promise. You get promotions and improved conditions without even having to ask. On top of that, the product and innovation are incredible. Honestly, I have zero complaints

Pros

We are leading the market with the best product. I am absolutely certain of this because I wanted to join Netskope after having worked with the product for a long time and seeing what it was capable of. I feel that in this company, they really care about people and this is extremely important.

Cons

The workload sometimes is unmanageable and you can feel overwhelmed with work for long periods of time.
