      From an AI / ML perspective: working on very interesting cutting-edge technologies. A lot of innovation is happening here, with the chance to work with very talented people in the field.

      * Strong and motivated talent * Exposure to work on cutting edge problems (efficient AI, pre-training, post-training, AI integration) * Exposure to work with latest gen hardware (very hard to get access to) * Huge growth opportunity for those proactive and ambitious * Small enough to drive meaningful impact quickly * Leadership is ambitious and aiming for global relevance, not just regional success * Really fast learning environment

      Cons

      * Execution and operational maturity still catching up with company ambition * Very fast paced -> As exciting as it is; it can sometimes be overwhelming too.
