People are nice and laid back Work life balance is encouraged People are open and willing to talk to you about new career & growth opportunities Dress attire is casual (or at least is in the marketing departments)
Cons
Company is trying so hard to NOT treat contractors as employees that it forgets contractors are still people who need still require motivation and encouragement to be happy in their position.
