Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a Voice Interactions Expert acting as Product Owner to lead the design and evolution of voice interaction journeys, turning business needs into scalable customer solutions in close collaboration with business and IT teams.
In this role, you will define MVPs, manage the squad backlog, align stakeholders, and ensure voice solutions are delivered with a strong focus on customer experience, business value, and regulatory compliance.
As a Voice Interactions Expert you will report to a Business Lead.
Your key responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Provide the best customer experience by designing, mapping and constantly improving the customer journey performance in voice interactions, leveraging on PACE methodology. Coupled with an end-to-end process view to be able to collect CX insights and data; and translate it into UX and IT landscapes.
Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to garner insights that enhance the decision-making process. Translate ambiguous environment to meaningful indicators and provide the capacity for driving powerful business insights faster.
Lifecycle management in order to develop, launch and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition in the market, providing the best customer satisfaction. Responsible for backlog maintenance and update, KPI reporting and stakeholders management, guaranteeing bank revenue and benefit-cost balance, presenting business cases with benefit tracking after the implementation. Commercial acumen to ensure accomplishment of business results.
Translate business needs into requirements for the implementation. Prioritize initiatives in short cycles, based on value delivery for our customers, defining an initial MVP to be improved with the feedback gathered. Strive for efficiency, reducing complexity in our definitions and pursuing innovative solutions. Manage dependencies, non-financial risk issues and impediments. Slice Epic into Features and Features into user stories that suppose an increase in value for your product and for the customer. Write User Stories being sure that they follow the INVEST model principles. Ensure the quality in the production uploads.
As expert in digital experience, be proactive in the identification of new capabilities in our digital platform in order to engage our customers and increase efficiency of our assisted channels, bringing the best experience in moments of truth. Support the adoption of cyber security practices to effectively protect our customers from risks in the digital world.

- Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience as Customer journey expert or Service designer working with Voice user interface and NLP tools, such as IVR and Voicebots (both NLU and GenAI). Prior experience with Twilio is a plus
- Solid experience with a minimum of 3 years working in voice or chat virtual assistants. Experience with DialogFlow CX is a plus
- Strong data capabilities with solid experience with a minimum of 2 years managing data and KPI reporting. Python and SQL knowledge is a plus
- Capability of translating business needs into delivery requirements, proven experience working with IT managing delivery backlog. Prior experience as Product Owner is a plus
- Curiosity to understand the industry, bank, and customer dynamics.
- High level understanding of IT landscape (integrations, data flows, channels, architecture diagrams …)
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
- Relevant experience managing stakeholders, both local and international teams.
- Combination of analytical mindset and skills together with pragmatic thoughts to deliver and have impact on customers and bank results.
- Driven and customer focused and results-oriented person
- Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude
- Clear communications skills (written and oral).
- Problem solving mindset
- Good team player, loving to collaborate with different people
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Versatility and experience in different voice assistant´s frameworks is a plus

Tus principales responsabilidades:
En este rol, deberás:
Proporcionar la mejor experiencia de cliente mediante el diseño, mapeo y mejora continua del rendimiento del customer journey en interacciones por voz, apoyándote en la metodología PACE. Todo ello con una visión end‑to‑end de los procesos que permita recoger insights y datos de CX y traducirlos a los ámbitos de UX y IT.
Comprender, definir, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights que mejoren el proceso de toma de decisiones. Traducir entornos ambiguos en indicadores significativos y aportar la capacidad de impulsar insights de negocio de alto impacto de forma más rápida.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida para desarrollar, lanzar y mantener una propuesta de valor atractiva y compliant en el mercado, ofreciendo la mejor satisfacción a la clientela. Ser responsable del mantenimiento y actualización del backlog, del reporting de KPIs y de la gestión de stakeholders, garantizando los ingresos del banco y el equilibrio beneficio‑coste, presentando business cases con seguimiento de beneficios tras la implementación. Contar con visión comercial para asegurar el cumplimiento de los resultados de negocio.
Traducir las necesidades de negocio en requisitos para la implementación. Priorizar iniciativas en ciclos cortos, basándose en la entrega de valor para la clientela, definiendo un MVP inicial que se mejore con el feedback recogido. Buscar la eficiencia, reduciendo la complejidad en las definiciones y persiguiendo soluciones innovadoras. Gestionar dependencias, riesgos no financieros e impedimentos. Dividir los Epics en Features y las Features en user stories que supongan un incremento de valor para el producto y para la clientela. Redactar User Stories asegurando que siguen los principios del modelo INVEST. Garantizar la calidad en las subidas a producción.
Como persona experta en experiencia digital, ser proactiva en la identificación de nuevas capacidades en la plataforma digital para involucrar a la clientela y aumentar la eficiencia de los canales asistidos, aportando la mejor experiencia en los momentos de la verdad. Apoyar la adopción de prácticas de ciberseguridad para proteger de forma eficaz a la clientela frente a los riesgos en el mundo digital.
¿Qué estamos buscando?

Máster o grado universitario con un mínimo de 6 años de experiencia profesional como persona experta en customer journey o service designer trabajando con interfaces de usuario por voz y herramientas de NLP, como IVR y voicebots (tanto NLU como GenAI). Experiencia previa con Twilio es un plus.
Sólida experiencia de al menos 3 años trabajando con asistentes virtuales de voz o chat. Experiencia con DialogFlow CX es un plus.
Fuertes capacidades analíticas, con al menos 2 años de experiencia en gestión de datos y reporting de KPIs. Conocimientos de Python y SQL son un plus.
Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en requisitos de entrega, con experiencia demostrada trabajando con IT y gestionando el delivery backlog. Experiencia previa como Product Owner es un plus.
Curiosidad por entender la industria, el banco y la dinámica de la clientela.
Alto nivel de entendimiento del landscape de IT (integraciones, flujos de datos, canales, diagramas de arquitectura, etc.).
Sólidas habilidades de planificación y organización.
Experiencia relevante en la gestión de stakeholders, tanto en equipos locales como internacionales.
Combinación de mentalidad analítica con un enfoque pragmático para entregar resultados e impactar en la clientela y en los resultados del banco.
Persona orientada a la clientela, a resultados y con alta motivación.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con una actitud can‑do.
Claras habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales.
Mentalidad orientada a la resolución de problemas.
Buen/a jugador/a de equipo, con gusto por colaborar con personas diversas.
Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
Versatilidad y experiencia en distintos frameworks de asistentes de voz es un plus.
