• You love creating designs that convert and can balance high-level creativity with practical usability.

  
  

• You are a curious, proactive designer who finds ways to improve flows before being asked.

  
  

• A collaborative communicator who views themselves as the owner of usability and polish, not just aesthetics.

YOUR SKILLS

• Core Technical: Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile app projects (personal, academic, or professional).

• 
  Analytical: Ability to interpret product data and user behavior to inform design decisions.

• 
  Requirements: Full-time availability (40h/week) for at least 6 consecutive months.

• 
  Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Looker and experience with A/B testing.
