ABOUT THE JOB

As a Validation Engineer, you will support the development, validation, and industrialization of new products and sensor‑related technologies to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of new products. You will contribute to ensure validation activities meet technical, functional, and quality‑related expectations. You will collaborate with R&D, TechSupport, and others departments teams to ensure that validation procedures, test results, and technical documentation fully support business growth and product development.

• Lead and support IT projects within NRF from initiation to successful delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to systems, applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Resolve issues and remove impediments affecting project delivery.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, security, and operational requirements.
• Support process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
