The Application Workflow Specialists Manager (d/f/m) is responsible for leading a team of Advanced Workflow Specialists with the aim of making best use of the available resources and developing them according to the market demands. Supporting the area on Scientific and Application requests requiring advanced knowledge and expertise to maximize sales revenue.
This role is key to enable the delivery of custom-tailored value propositions throughout all our touch points along the customer journey to increase our win rate, revenues and market share through the AWS team.
This position reports to the Director Business Development EMEA and is part of the Business Development Team working remotely to cover EMEA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and enable the AWS team to support and guide the sales force in demonstrating value propositions through best-in-class demonstrations, application support, product knowledge to grow revenues
Contributes to the development of accounts through speeding up customer onboarding and drive positive customer advocacy
Provide Market Intelligence: market trends, new applications, technologies, analysis workflows, competition and customer needs. Support the development of targeted application notes.
Contribute to translating the strategy at EMEA regional level into actions
Monitor execution of action plans and course correct as appropriate to achieve desired results
Proactively support the development of direct reports and associates through quality career discussions and lived development plans. Support new hires integration through carefully designed immersion plans as well as through training and mentoring
Engage actively and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing and drive team Engagement and foster an inclusive culture.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy.
Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and Image analysis
Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments
First-hand knowledge of applied microscopy solutions are a plus
Sales talent and knowledge about sales or proven sales experience is a plus

Le/la Responsable des spécialistes des workflows applicatifs (Application Workflow Specialists Manager - d/f/m) est chargé(e) de diriger une équipe de spécialistes des workflows avancés afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des ressources disponibles et de développer les compétences en fonction des besoins du marché. Il/elle soutient la région sur les demandes scientifiques et applicatives nécessitant un haut niveau d’expertise, dans le but de maximiser le chiffre d'affaires.
Ce rôle est essentiel pour permettre la mise en œuvre de propositions de valeur personnalisées à chaque point de contact du parcours client, afin d’augmenter notre taux de succès, nos revenus et notre part de marché grâce à l’équipe AWS.
Ce poste est rattaché au Directeur Business Development EMEA et fait partie de l’équipe Business Development, avec une couverture EMEA en remote.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’opportunité de :
Développer et accompagner l’équipe AWS pour soutenir les équipes commerciales dans la démonstration de propositions de valeur via des démonstrations de premier niveau, du support applicatif et une expertise produit afin de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d’affaires
Contribuer au développement des comptes en accélérant l’onboarding client et en favorisant une expérience client positive
Fournir des informations de marché : tendances, nouvelles applications, technologies, workflows d’analyse, concurrence et besoins clients, et contribuer au développement de notes applicatives ciblées
Participer à la déclinaison de la stratégie EMEA en actions concrètes
Suivre l’exécution des plans d’action et ajuster si nécessaire pour atteindre les résultats attendus
Soutenir activement le développement des collaborateurs via des discussions de carrière de qualité et des plans de développement concrets, ainsi que l’intégration des nouveaux employés via des parcours d’immersion et du mentoring
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales et Marketing, encourager l’engagement et promouvoir une culture inclusive
Profil recherché
Minimum 4 ans d’expérience pratique en microscopie appliquée aux sciences de la vie
Excellente connaissance des solutions d’imagerie 3D et d’analyse d’images
