Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the BCG X Staffing Manager and collaborate daily with consultants, Partners, and staffers across different geographies to ensure the best match between client needs and consultant development goals.

Additional info

• Spanish University degree (completed)/FP Grado Superior. Must hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy
• Master in Human Resources very valuable
• Administrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment very valuable
• No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain.
• Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships
• Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).
• Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
