About the Role

MiniMed Diabetes Department Internship / Inside Sales Support

Soporte administrativo para la realización de las siguientes tareas:

• Actualización y corrección de bases de datos locales.
• Clasificación y devolución de productos.

Soporte atención a pacientes:

• Revisión de buzón de emails, filtro y clasificación.
• Verificación de datos.
• Gestión de llamadas telefónicas.

Requisitos:

• Nivel medio paquete office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Proactividad, compromiso y ganas de asumir nuevos retos.
• Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de organización.

Experiencia Laboral: No requerida. Se valorará experiencia en becas similares o puestos de atención al cliente.

Estudios Mínimos: Licenciado/Graduado

Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado: Preferiblemente área de Ciencias Sociales

Idiomas: Inglés (Lectura: Nivel alto / Escritura: Nivel alto / Conversación: Nivel alto).

Tipo de contrato: Convenio de prácticas

Duración: de 6 a 18 meses (contratos de 6 meses)

Jornada Laboral: Jornada Completa (horario FLEX) 8:30 a 17:30 L–J y V 8:00 a 15:00. Mínimo 2 días por semana presencial en oficina de Madrid.

Salario: Ayuda al estudio de 1000 euros brutos/mes.

The functions corresponding to the internship offered are:

Administrative support for the performance of the following tasks:

• Updating and correction of local databases.
• Sorting and returning products.

Patient care support:

• Email mailbox review, filtering, and sorting.
• Data verification.
• Telephone call management.

Requirements:

• Medium level office package (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Proactivity, commitment and desire to take on new challenges.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.
• Organizational capacity.

Work Experience: Not required. Experience in similar internships or customer service positions will be valued.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's/Graduate

Type of Bachelor's Degree: Preferably areas of Social Sciences

Languages: English (Reading: High Level / Writing: High Level / Conversation: High Level).

Working Hours: Full Day (FLEX schedule) 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Minimum 2 days per week in person at the Madrid office.

Salary: Study grant of 1000 euros gross/month.
