Executive Assistants at Revolut are the force behind the scenes who make big things possible. They handle complex coordination, streamline communication, and ensure leaders have what they need to deliver impact at scale.

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Executive Assistant to partner with our executives to enhance productivity and support them in achieving their goals.

• Providing high-quality support to executives and their teams, prioritising your and your executive's workload
• Building genuine relationships across the business to drive initiatives on behalf of executives
• Managing and maintaining calendars, taking a proactive, forward-planning approach to diary management
• Recognising process inefficiencies, solving problems intuitively, and making independent and scalable recommendations to improve efficiency
• Acting as the go-to point of contact for internal and external communications, such as fielding emails and managing correspondence
• Managing and processing expenses and card returns
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including managing itineraries, flight check-ins, transportation to and from the airport, etc.
• Preparing documents and presentations for key meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions as required
• Managing and driving multiple projects and priorities at once, including off-sites and large-scale events
• Handling confidential information with integrity
• Collaborating with EAs across the organisation to share best practices

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
• To have graduated from a top university
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Russian
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• The ability to execute projects independently with a can-do attitude
• Impressive problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• To be data-driven with an analytical approach to getting things done

• Poland: PLN6,600 - PLN8,800 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €2,200 - €3,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
