Budget

• Budget Awareness : Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.

Support operations :

• Technical Solution Execution : Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules).

• Problem Solving Support : Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding.

• Technical Documentation : Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work.

Competencies:

• Technical Development : Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

• Technical Coaching : Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development.

• Design Standard Application : Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices.

Efficiency :

• Digitalization Roadmap Adoption : Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity.
