The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

Roles are filled on a rolling basis — apply early.

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address customer needs
• Supporting research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Applying insights to iterate on designs and improve user experience
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship impactful features
• Presenting findings and design proposals to stakeholders
• Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and sharing updates with global teams
• Receiving feedback and guidance through regular reviews to support your development

• To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related field, graduating in 2028
• A predicted first-class degree (or equivalent grade)
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for design, innovation, and creating customer-first experiences
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Fluency in English
• Full-time availability for summer 2027
• The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup

• Krakow: PLN9,500 - PLN9,500 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN9,500 - PLN9,500 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
