• Budget support
• Documentation update
• Data extraction from Procurement ERP system and ticketing tools
• Reports and Audit requirement for a Procurement tool

Who we are looking for

• University degree on Information Technology or Business Administration and Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel. Sharepoint, Teams and PowerBI would be valuable.
• AI expertise and interest valuable.
• Fluent English skills written and spoken.
• Ambition to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Possibility to sign off a collaboration agreement with the university.

What we offer

• Duration of the collaboration: 6 months to 1 year
• Schedule: FROM 8:00 TO 15:00 (35 HOURS PER WEEK) - can be adjusted
