• End-to-end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery).
• Design and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs.

• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, suppliers).
• Cost and timeline control, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance.
• Site supervision and validation of corporate standards.
• Risk management and issue resolution throughout projects.

• Resource optimization and continuous improvement of design and execution processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing office, retail or corporate space projects. Experience in structured corporate environments is a plus.
• Proven experience in space planning, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Experience managing multi-site projects is highly desirable.
• Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or similar is a plus.
• Experience in budget management and project scheduling.
• Site supervision and construction management experience.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1), both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on deadlines, cost control and quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization.
• Willingness to travel across different locations (15%-50%).
