The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Finance Services Manager to join our Shared Services Centre. You’ll be responsible for preparing and reconciling critical accounting data, supporting audits, and leading process improvement initiatives that make our finance operations faster and smarter.

• Supporting accounting processes for group entities, including preparing manual journal entries, supporting documentation, and performing reconciliations
• Standardising, improving, and centralising accounting processes across global entities
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and automation, and implementing automation using internal and external tools
• Preparing accounting documentation for internal and external audits
• Managing and resolving accounting service desk requests efficiently
• Collaborating with Finance teams to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing
• Participating in testing and rollouts of new tools and systems

• A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within a shared service or financial control environment
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, GL code reconciliations, and preparation of supporting documentation
• Familiarity with month-end closing (MEC) processes and audit preparation
• Solid analytical skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a structured team environment

• Experience with process optimisation and automation tools
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience supporting internal or external audits
• A problem-solving mindset and drive to improve workflows

• Poland: PLN10,200 - PLN14,300 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
