CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Our science is complex. Your job is to make it clear, compelling, and impossible to scroll past. As our Content & Communications Manager, you turn deep expertise into stories that land — for the biotech innovators we partner with, the candidates we want to hire, and the 700 colleagues who make Ardena what it is. You write, film, design, and publish across every channel we own, working shoulder to shoulder with our scientists to bring the real expertise to the surface. If you love turning a hard idea into a great piece of content — and you’re as comfortable behind a camera as you are behind a keyboard — this one’s for you.

• Content creation: You write and produce content that gets read and shared — articles, posts, web copy, landing pages, and video — for social media, the website, and beyond.
• Sales enablement: You create campaign materials and content that arm the sales team for outreach and follow-up, turning our expertise into assets that open doors.
• Promotion campaigns: You plan and run promotional campaigns across all of our marketing channels, keeping the message consistent and the reach growing.
• Working with our experts: You coordinate with internal subject-matter experts and ambassadors to source, shape, and sign off content that’s as accurate as it is engaging.
• Video & photo: You organise and coordinate video and photo recording — from planning the shoot to delivering the final edit.
• Internal communications: You keep Ardena connected from the inside: intranet posts, the company newsletter, and internal emails that people actually want to open.

• Excellent copywriting skills — you can make complex topics clear, sharp, and on-brand
• Hands-on experience managing and creating for social media
• Experience working with WordPress (or a similar CMS)
• Video editing and design skills — comfortable in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalents
• Curious about AI and confident using AI tools to create, edit, and scale content
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences is a strong plus
• Organized, self-driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, international team.

• Full-time permanent contract (indefinite).
