Backed by an established vitamins and supplements group, the company is expanding rapidly across multiple international markets and is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its customer acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition activities across 8 European markets.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, reporting, and scaling.
• Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, performance targets, and growth initiatives.
• Design and execute creative testing frameworks and conversion optimization experiments.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Contribution Margin
• Retention and customer growth metrics
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion initiatives.

RequirementsMust Have

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Shopify Analytics
• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience working in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and/or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and performance targets.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
