We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a fast-growing business in the influencer marketing, events, and social media industry.

This role combines on-site work in Marbella with remote work and offers a dynamic environment with a variety of responsibilities. Travel availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
• Coordinating influencers, partners, and service providers
• Travel planning and bookings
• Supporting events, creator trips, and business projects
• Conducting research and handling organizational tasks
• Assisting with day-to-day operations
• Communicating with clients and business partners
• Ensuring projects and deadlines are managed efficiently

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong ability to work independently
• High level of reliability and professionalism
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, email, and project management platforms
• Willingness to travel when required
• Driver’s license is an advantage but not required
