We are collaborating with a leading Swiss digital healthcare platform, created as a Joint Venture by some of the most important healthcare groups and insurers in the country.

Their mission is to digitize the Swiss healthcare ecosystem, reduce structural costs, and unify patient services that today are fragmented across multiple providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in feature design with Product and UX teams.

• Develop new functionalities in Angular (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Perform unit, integration, and E2E testing to ensure high code quality.

• Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.

• Work on integrations with healthcare and insurance systems.

• Contribute to AI‑related features, including the conversational assistant.

• Dedicate time to innovation: testing new tools, frameworks, and versions.

Requisitos básicos

• 7+ years of professional programming experience.

• Strong background as a FullStack Developer using:

• TypeScript & Angular (latest versions)

• Java & Spring Boot

• Experience with cloud‑native architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

• Experience working with major cloud providers (GCP is a strong plus).

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Fluency in English (German or Spanish are a plus).
