We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics Team of Growth
The responsibility of this team is to develop all type of AI models and analytical products in the field of Machine Learning and Big Data context. Our way of working mirrors our eagerness to innovate and the agile methodologies are on our daily basis
Your key responsibilities:
As a data scientist you will:
Proactively take end-to-end ownership of the design and delivery of ML products across multiple departments within the bank. This includes a broad range of AI/ML solutions such as credit risk and decision-making models, churn prediction, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, income and expense estimation, data categorisation, clustering and segmentation, pricing models, OCR, and more.
You will co-create and evaluate business solutions using the best predictive approaches, working in cross-functional and international teams made up of business stakeholders, data analysts, data scientists and engineers.
You will also act as project manager making sure each solution meets business requirements, delivers tangible value to our clients, and adheres to our high standards of coding quality, robustness and engineering excellence.

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Data Scientist used to work near to business, understand the challenges and who proposes solutions proactively, defining the appropriate analytical solution for each challenge.
Our dreamed candidate will be:
- A value-driven professional, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful business impact.
- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation and the development of predictive
models, particularly supervised learning models.
- Strong command of SQL and Python, along with experience in distributed computing
frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, and similar technologies, as well as modern MLlibraries.
- Comfortable working with Git-based workflows, including code repositories and peer reviews.
- Able to communicate technical insights clearly and effectively, even to non-technical
stakeholders.
- A strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively and tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Como data scientist:
Asumirás de forma proactiva la responsabilidad end‑to‑end del diseño y la entrega de productos de Machine Learning en múltiples departamentos del banco. Esto incluye una amplia gama de soluciones de IA/ML como modelos de riesgo de crédito y toma de decisiones, predicción de churn, sistemas de recomendación, soluciones de NLP, estimación de ingresos y gastos, categorización de datos, clustering y segmentación, modelos de pricing, OCR, y más.
Co‑crearás y evaluarás soluciones de negocio utilizando los mejores enfoques predictivos, trabajando en equipos cross‑functional e internacionales formados por stakeholders de negocio, analistas de datos, data scientists e ingenieras/os.
También actuarás como project manager, asegurando que cada solución cumpla con los requisitos de negocio, aporte un valor tangible a nuestras/os clientas/es y se adhiera a nuestros altos estándares de calidad de código, robustez y excelencia en ingeniería.

Buscamos una persona Data Scientist apasionada y altamente cualificada, acostumbrada a trabajar cerca del negocio, a entender los retos y a proponer soluciones de forma proactiva, definiendo la solución analítica adecuada para cada desafío.
Nuestra/o candidata/o ideal será:
- Una persona orientada al valor, con un fuerte foco en generar impacto real en el negocio.
- Titulación en Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia demostrable en análisis de datos, visualización de datos y desarrollo de modelos predictivos, especialmente modelos de supervised learning.
- Sólido dominio de SQL y Python, así como experiencia en frameworks de computación distribuida como Spark, Hadoop, Hive y tecnologías similares, además de librerías modernas de Machine Learning.
- Comodidad trabajando con flujos de trabajo basados en Git, incluyendo repositorios de código y peer reviews.
- Capacidad para comunicar insights técnicos de forma clara y eficaz, incluso a stakeholders no técnicos.
- Una persona con fuerte espíritu de equipo, capaz de colaborar de manera efectiva y afrontar retos complejos en un entorno dinámico.
