The Opportunity
Enhance global supply chain performance through analytics, planning, and service optimization. Get familiar with the entire order fulfillment process and how we support our customers on a daily basis.
Rotations may include:
- Demand& Supply Planning
- Transport& 3PL Network Management
- Order management& customer collaboration
The Position
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs
- Support demand and supply planning activities
- Manage small scale projects within some of the Supply Chain areas, participate in the daily operations to get to know the activities like e.g. in order management& customer collaboration.
- Contribute to inventory optimization and stock management
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery
- Support projects for network optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare insights and reports for decision-making
Who you are
We are looking for high-potential early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and motivation to build a career in healthcare and operations.
You should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inBusiness, Supply Chain , analytics profiles or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Interest in healthcare, operations, and data-driven environments
- Full availability for a 24-month program
