As an Industrialization Process Manager at DHV Technology, you will lead the industrialization, automation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes associated with the production of solar panels and power subsystems for space applications. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, repeatability, traceability, and reliability in compliance with aerospace sector requirements. You will play a key role in defining, optimizing, and implementing advanced industrial processes related to automated manufacturing technologies, robotic systems, clean room operations, and aerospace production environments. Responsibilities
As an Industrialization Process Manager at DHV Technology, you will be involved in all phases of industrial process development and manufacturing optimization. Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead the industrialization and automation of manufacturing processes for space solar panels and power subsystems.

Define, validate, and optimize production processes ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and reliability standards.

Lead automation projects related to robotic systems, pick and place equipment, AOI, artificial vision, soldering, dispensing, and manufacturing traceability.

Coordinate suppliers, automation integrators, and industrial equipment implementation activities.
-
Drive Lean Manufacturing, OEE optimization, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise manufacturing equipment performance, preventive maintenance plans, and FAT/SAT activities.
-
Ensure compliance with ECSS standards, clean room requirements, and aerospace manufacturing processes.

Support the transfer from engineering design to serial production following DFM and DFA principles.
Education and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on industrial automation and control systems.

A Master’s Degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Automation, Robotics, or similar fields is highly valued.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization of automated production lines.

Experience leading projects involving automated manufacturing lines or robotic cells from specification and design phases through serial production implementation.
-
Experience managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary industrial environments.

Advanced written and spoken English proficiency equivalent to B2 level.
Technical Competencies
Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, and industrialization of automated production lines.

Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming using platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Beckhoff, or similar.

Experience with industrial robotics, artificial vision systems, AOI technologies, and automated inspection solutions.

Understanding of advanced manufacturing processes including soldering, bonding, precision assembly, and clean room operations.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, preventive quality methodologies, and industrial risk analysis.

Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments, ECSS standards, and high reliability production processes.
