El puesto de Auxiliar de Producción, bajo la supervisión de los Jefes de Equipo de Producción, está definido para desarrollar las distintas actividades de fabricación, siguiendo las normas de seguridad y calidad definidas para EHS y el Departamento de Procesos. Funciones consistentes en la ejecución de operaciones que, aun cuando se realicen bajo instrucciones precisas, requieren adecuados conocimientos profesionales y aptitudes prácticas y cuya responsabilidad está limitada por una supervisión directa y sistemática, con la posible utilización de elementos periféricos de sistemas de información siempre que la persona trabajadora haya sido formada para su uso.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO– ACTIVIDADES En el ámbito de operario de Producción: Calidad: o Conocer y cumplir los manuales de operaciones definidos por el Departamento de Procesos (OPs: “Operational Procedures”). o Conocer y cumplir las FBIs “Fichas Básicas de Instrucciones” y otras instrucciones de trabajo relacionadas con el manejo de los equipos, creadas internamente por el Departamento de Producción. o Conocer y cumplir los SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), desarrollados conjuntamente por el Departamento de Procesos y Producción. o Conocer perfectamente el funcionamiento de los instrumentos y equipos utilizados para realizar los controles de proceso necesarios durante la fabricación de un lote. o Seguir todas las indicaciones del Batch Ticket y cumplimentarlo adecuadamente, registrando los resultados obtenidos en los diferentes controles de proceso, para conseguir un adecuado seguimiento del producto en curso. Operaciones: o Ejecutar el plan de trabajo diario propuesto por los Jefes de Equipo de Producción. o Identificar las anomalías relativas al producto o al equipo y contactar siempre con los Jefes de Equipo de Producción. o Comprender los KPI (“Key performance indicators”) definidos en el de
